Prince Talent & Resourcing are currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator on behalf of our client, who are an established Contractor business. This role is a part time, temporary contract initially with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right candidate!

Role: Payroll Administrator

Hours: Part time – 2 days a week

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum (pro-rata’d)

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire

Duration: Temporary with the potential to move permanent

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities will include:

• Weekly payroll processing for employees as well as monthly payroll for salaried employees
• Administration related to payroll tasks
• Maintenance of Sage HR system for tracking holidays and absences
• General administrative duties to wider Finance team including filing and reconciliations
• Handling queries and directing phone calls
• Customer/client call management as needed

What you’ll need:

• Strong payroll experience – ideally with a background of weekly payroll processing
• Knowledge of Sage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good IT literacy and numeracy skills
