This will be well suited to you if you at least 3-4 years’ experience as a HR Generalist and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have complete ownership of HR in the UK and play a significant part in shaping organisational culture.

Reporting directly into the European General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a headcount of 50, delivering HR operations as well as strategic goals that will cover the whole employee life cycle.
Role includes:
- Lead on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including employee engagement; talent management; organisational design/succession; and Employee Relations.
- Write and review HR policies and procedures
- Work with the HQ HR team to drive the European business unit
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns
- HR Administration including payroll, employment contracts, onboarding
- Produce HR reports for Senior Management team
To be successful with this position you will have the following;
- Experienced in a similar role, ideally within a small team or standalone position within a fast paced environment
- Experience of working across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, engagement, ER and HR projects
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law – EU employment law knowledge is a big advantage
- Confidence and ability to make sound decisions based on risk
- Comfortable carrying on both transactional and operational/strategic tasks
