Prince Talent & Resourcing are currently recruiting a HR Manager on behalf of our client, who are a global organisation who have gone through a period of exponential growth. This will be well suited to you if you are a hands on, HR Generalist and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a fantastic HR Director and play a significant part in driving HR forward.

Role: HR Manager

Location: City of London – 2 days a week in office

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Full time, permanent

Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible for supporting a headcount of circa 200 employees, across multiple countries, delivering HR operations as well as strategic goals that will cover the whole employee life cycle.

Role includes:

• Leading on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including employee engagement; talent management; organisational design/succession; and Employee Relations.
• Write and review HR policies and procedures
• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns
• HR Administration including employment contracts, onboarding, leavers
• Produce HR reports for Senior Management team

To be successful with this position you will have the following;

• Experienced in HR generalist role and thrives in a hands on position
• Experience of working across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, engagement, ER and HR projects
• Confidence and ability to deal with Senior stakeholders within organisation
• Comfortable carrying on both transactional and operational/strategic tasks
• Excellent rapport building capability with a can do attitude
