Marketing Manager

Role – Marketing Manager

Location – Bristol

Salary – £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Full time, permanent (40 hours a week)

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all our social media channels, creating and curating content, and growing our online presence. You will also be responsible for planning and executing successful events, from concept to delivery.

What your day might look like:

  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop the group marketing strategy.
  • Manage and maintain our social media channels, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and vendors
  • Plan and execute successful events, from concept to delivery, including budget management, logistics, and marketing
  • Analyse social media and event metrics, track ROI, and provide reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and successful execution of social media and event initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a generalist marketing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong content creation experience for both internal and external channels
  • Demonstrated success in growing and engaging an online audience across multiple social media channels, ideally Linked in
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and CMS systems
