Prince Talent & Resourcing are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator on behalf of our client, who are within the Engineering space, based in Bristol. This is a brilliant opportunity that will be well suited to someone who has Finance Administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.

Role: Finance Administrator

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday – part time or full time hours (flexible to the individual)

Location: Bristol (office based)

Duration: Permanent

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers, playing a pivotal role in the financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Ensuring accurate coding and allocation of invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Handling supplier queries and maintaining good relationships
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
• Creating and issuing customer invoices
• Recording and allocating customer payments
• Monitoring outstanding accounts receivable
• Resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• General administration tasks for the finance department

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a similar finance/administrative role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail.
• Good organisation and time management abilities.
