Telesales Executive

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Renewing contracts and upgrading packages
  • Personable manner with the ability to provide support and assistant to clients where required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

The Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and / or customer service is advantageous, however experience within customer service or a degree is applicable
