This is a new position within the Marketing department which has been created, primarily to assist in the day to day management of the group social media channels, email campaigns and websites and delivery of effective campaigns and content across all digital platforms
The role will involve pro-actively monitoring and engaging across all social media platforms, website content management, email campaign delivery as well as providing Marketing activity support in the delivery of the ongoing Marketing plans. Working and supporting the senior team members with the day to day running of the marketing department to ensure all deadlines are achieved. Work with the senior team to develop the strategy for the marketing department.

Manage a number of projects simultaneously keeping the Marketing Director , Head of Marketing and other departments informed on the status of projects
Maintains an understanding and acceptance of the monthly budgets and a motivation to achieving these.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual budgets in conjunction with the Senior Executive team.
Assisting Senior management to effectively managing and controlling and monitoring any budgets. Following all procedures and approval for expenditure.
Responsible for delivering the ultimate in professional internal/external customer service with the standards expected and trained by the Department.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within their department(s), including but not limited to employee, customer, financial and health and safety objectives.
Maintains an understanding of the standards set and expected for the Department and is responsible for the enforcement of these standards through associated job requirements.

Communicating regularly with the Marketing Director and Head of Marketing on all activity.
Working with the copywriter and design team to team to produce innovative and creative marketing solutions, fulfilling briefs from the Marketing Director and Head of Marketing. Ensuring all deadlines are achieved and prioritising work schedules as required.
Responsible for updating, creating assets and scheduling content over all social media platforms and retaining a consistent presence of the group on social media as well as acting as a key point of contact for social media enquiries. Required to respond to enquiries received through the social media inboxes and marketing enquiries from the website.
Responsible for communicating any complaints or comments made on social media to the relevant department and ensuring satisfactory outcome of complaints.
Have a good knowledge and awareness of social media and new developments within the digital landscape. Assisting with the planning, developing and implementing digital strategies across the group digital and social media channels.
Website Content Management
Utilising content management skills you will have responsibility for maintaining content and layout for the group websites, working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Projects Manager, to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
Email Campaign Delivery
You will be responsible for assisting with the scheduling and delivery of online email campaigns, liaising with the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing
