Our client are a marketing leading mortgage broker who are looking to expand their advisor department. The right person will have a background in B2B and/or B2C sales, along with an eagerness to learn a new product & service. Our client offer funding for industry leading training and qualifications along the way as well as their uncapped commission structure.
Our Client
Since 2001, they have packaged billions of pounds worth of specialist first & second charge mortgage enquiries, bridging loans, and commercial finance on behalf of financial intermediaries.
Job Purpose
To build own referral network of introducers by making outbound calls to financial intermediaries and manage all generated enquiries through to completion whilst providing a first class service in a compliant manner.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish a network of introducing brokers via outbound calls to our inhouse database.
- Handle all applications in a timely manner so the introducing firm and customer are satisfied with the progression of their mortgage application.
Other duties
- To always display Company core values.
- To actively keep updated with the company’s services, procedures, best practice and regulatory requirements.
- To develop by, where necessary, attending courses, meetings, training events, workshops and seminars.
- To demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
- To be highly self-motivated and organised, and to encourage others likewise.
- To make informed decisions whilst being aware of the consequences.
- A recognition and regard for observing confidentiality.
- An ability to work on own initiative and meet set timescales.
Qualifications & Training
- CeMap 1, 2 and 3
- Industry knowledge preferable.
- IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office.
